IT Engineer

·         Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment

·         including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators,

·         DNS and DHCP

·         Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors

·         involved with network installation.

·         Configuring firewalls, backup solution, routing and switching to

·         maximise network efficiency and security.

·         Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring

·         and troubleshooting.

·         Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in

·         conjunction with the company’s security team.

·         Investigating and maintaining faults in the server and network

·         Updating server and network equipment to the latest firmware

·         releases

·         Reporting network status to key stakeholders

·         Understanding complex technical issues and managing them

·         within a fast-paced business environment

·         Maintaining all the software and hardware in relation to security

·         IT infrastructure planning

·         IT installation management at customer end

·         Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or

·         improving the efficiency of current networks

·         Handling multi-location IT infrastructure
